Open-source CLI tools, system diagnostics, benchmarking utilities, and dev environment packages.

Editorial & Signal Criteria

Criterion 1: Substantive Technical Depth

Content must go beyond basic hello-world tutorials and explain underlying concepts, memory usage, or architecture design trade-offs.

Criterion 2: Strict Zero-Clickbait Policy

Titles and summaries must accurately describe what the content teaches without sensationalized marketing jargon.

Criterion 3: Verified References & Open Source

All recommended tools and guides must link directly to official documentation, source code repositories, or primary author sites.
